Your Store Credit will never expire. We launch new styles weekly and will assist you in any way to find something new if your purchase must be returned.
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY STORE CREDIT? We will email you an e-gift card within 3-4 business days of the delivery of your return. For faster processing, please email us the tracking number for your return to firstname.lastname@example.org.

HOW DO I PACKAGE MY RETURN?
Make sure to securely package your items in the package they were received or a similar package. Enclose a copy of your packing slip along with your reason for returning. Please note you are responsible for the return shipping charges
- We only offer STORE CREDIT for returns.
- Items for return must be postmarked within 15 days from the receive date.
- Items must be unwashed and unworn, with original tags attached.
- Sale Items are final sale
- All accessories are final sale
- The Store Credit amount will only be for the item purchased, including any discounts used at the time of purchase.
- We recommend sending items back with a tracking shipping service.
- The packing slip must be included in your return. If you do not have the packing slip, you can print out your order confirmation email or log-in to our website and print your order summary.
- Items that appear to have been worn or shows signs of damage (i.e. smoke, pet hair, cologne, etc) will be refused and sent back to you and may be subject to additional shipping charges
- Please allow 3-4 business days for return processing.
- Once your return is processed, we will email you an egift card with your store credit that you can use on the website.
*Any returns not covered by the policy above are handled on a case-by-case basis and are decided upon our discretion
